I am an Assistant Professor in the the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech. I’m affiliated with the Sanghani Center for Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics. Previously, I completed my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at UC Berkeley and my B.S. at Peking University.

My research interests lie broadly in the span of machine learning, security, privacy, and cyber-physical systems. My recent work focuses on data-centric AI and trustworthy machine learning.

For Prospective Students: I am looking for self-motivated students (including postdocs, PhDs, interns, Masters, and undergraduates) to join our group. If you are interested, please email me your CV and ensure to apply to the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department.

[Call for Paper] I am co-organizing the Workshop on the ICLR 2024 Workshop on Data Problems for Foundation Models. Look forward to your submissions!
